Not sure if this will be helpful, or if anyone is trying to fix this bug, but in this game all of General_Me's Zis guns got bugged.
Happens at around 12:05, 21:50 to the Zis covering the cut-off, and 25:20 on another Zis on the same cutoff.
Map is Rechnaya Pereprava.
