War Paint Championship Series Quarter Finals

Achtung all CoH2 lovers and War Paint Championship Series followers! It fees like it was just yesterday when I saw so many great live casts that came out of WPC qualifier. I especially remember the matchup Theodosios v. DeVM. WPC has actually progressed even further and now there are only eight players left!

There were a few tearful moments when community favourites like Luvnest and cult favourite like PauL.a.D got eliminated by Theodosios and Jove accordingly. But now we have Theodosios v. DeVM round 2! Theodosios played 19 rounds to get here and DevM holds an impressive record of non defeated USF play.

The quarter final and semi final matches will be held on September 4th and the grand final, 11th or later. Stay tuned on these streamers to watch the tournament LIVE! The games start at 0900 PDT or 1700 BST / 1800 CEST.

You probably heard of his name and known that he is a great player. But he is not just a great player. He is one of the top players in CoH2 right now and he is proving his worth in this tournament. From Serbia, he beat the community favourite Luvnest. He also beat DevM in a friendly match which ended with a bang in the third round and now they are going to face off again this Sunday. Theodosios currently holds rank 15 as UKF, 10 as USF, 21 as OKW, 20 as SOV and 13 as OST in automatch.




Another top notch player from Eastern Europe is Noggano (RUS). According to this poll, he is obviously the most obscure player from the remaining eight. But he holds rank 12 as UKF, 6 as USF, 17 as OKW/SOV and 16 as OST in automatch. He beat a cult favourite Quentin to get to the quarter final and I do not need to say that the day Quentin got eliminated, I was devastated. Noggano's quarter finals match is against HelpingHans who just defeated CaptainSPrice to get to the quarter finals. Needless to say, I personally find it amusing how these two had to eliminate "controversial" community members to face each other.


This just in: we reached milestone 5! That means the Grand Finalists would be flown to Vancouver and play the grand final at Relic's studio!
