Kyle promised during their recent 10th Anniversary stream that Noggano will fight the winner of this in some kind of showmatch for an equivalent prize. That's what he meant by "#1 seed in upcoming tournament" in their blog post. Dunno why you would talk about "seeds" in a showmatch between two people, so I was a bit confused. But he clarified that Noggano will play vs. the winner of DevM-Jesulin.
