OCF The Main Event Day 2

The dust is settling from Day One of the Operation Charlie Fox The Main Event games and the fight fans are trying make sense of the chaos. Fan favorite Cruzz and reigning champion Jesulin have been eliminated along with tournament heavyweights Symbiosis and KoreanArmy. In the lower brackets, #2 seed Luvnest is frantically stabbing a voodoo doll of OMGPOP while awaiting his next opponent, the Sunday Night Fights Season 4 champion, DevM, or the rampaging Russian, jove.

VindicareX, the #4 seed in the open qualifiers and arguably the player with the most difficult bracket, knocked out Symbiosis and Jesulin before going down to Aimstrong. Vindi will face either BartonPL or -HOI-Paul.a.D in the 3rd round of the Loser's Bracket.

All eyes are on the #3 and #4 seeds, OMGPOP! and Aimstrong, who face each other, in the Winner's Bracket Finals, for the first time since the Dr. Wachs Tournament in December of 2014. Aimstrong has shocked the COH2 world with his British play, but will it be enough to withstand the hurricane onslaught of OMGPOP? OMGPOP has shown the calculating, highly aggressive playstyle that is his signature, taking out BartonPL 2-0 and easily defeating Luvnest as both Wehrmacht and Soviets.
