I agree with CieZ. If you find a bug report it. How can someone even thing about using it and ruin the fun for everyone else or even worse show it in public stream? What kind of attitude is this? Just ask yourself, do you enjoy losing because someone uses a exploit? Sure, Relic should fix such bugs but at the moment this particular bug exists. So it´s about every player to decide whether you exploit it for an unfair advantage or not and play fair.
And about CaptainSPrice (yes, i am aware that he isn´t the only one who showed this exploit in his stream), he used bugs and exploits in CoH1 as well. I ask him why he does so and his answer was that doing so is his playstyle. I can post a screenshot if you want. He is one of the guys who tend to write some Kappa style comments in a live stream after beating the streamer. You don´t need to know more about his personality. This stream was not about highlighting something, which is pointless anyway. You don't really think even a single Relic employee saw this stream, do you?

edit: @Muffin - if you do some stuff (not going to say what because I don't want to propagate it), you can create squads that move around the map at light speed (significantly faster than tanks or retreating squads), have ridiculous DPS (can kill things in about 0.5 seconds from full hp) and insanely high defensive stats. It is extraordinarily game-breaking. Go check out a replay and see what all the fuss is about.
For a second I thought you're talking about OPersoldaten. But it is a description of OPersoldaten. Except light speed lol

Would be too much to ask Relic to say something about this situation? Just something like: "We are aware of this gamebreaking bug and we're working to fix it as soon as possible, we apologise for the trouble it may cause to multiplayer experience. To compensate the community we will be giving away some content to every player"
They could even give some Skins/Commanders for free for this weeks of ruined multiplayer experience. That's what a decent company would definetely do and I've seen that before, even EA/DICE have done that on some occasions.
I guess they feel like keeping silence is going to make the problem disappear.

Why curb down the players? So it's OK to have a bug in the game? People get banned for playing the game?
Relic should have fixed it ages ago instead of leaving it's game in a broken state. It takes 5 minutes to fix.

Also if EVERYONE was using the exploit surely then Relic would realise it is breaking their game and fix the problem? No?

If "EVERYONE" is using the exploit as Allies there will surely be no Axis players for EVERYONE to make their point against.
To that end, have player numbers dropped much since this became widespread knowledge? I know I've lost my appetite until another tasty patch (with nonsense flavor text) comes along.

First off the EVERYONE thing doesnt work. Secondly it does not take 5 min to fix and anyone with an ounce of coding experience would know this.

While you are right regarding the time, your actions are not justified either.
-Servers sucks. Let's buy a botnet so we can shut down the game so they have to spend money on improving the servers.
-Their anticheat system is non existent. Let's buy some hacks so we force them to improve it.
-I've discovered a new exploit. Press ↑↑↓↓←→←→BA, it forces your opponent to concede. Let's spread it out on everysingle forum, twitch, youtube and reddit so we make it impossible to play online.

Why should the community stand by as people essentially cheat? Isn't fair play one of the foundations of every game ever? Whether it be an athletic sport, board game, card game, video game, etc?
I'm curious as to whether or not you've seen or experienced the bug in action. I'm not saying this sarcastically or to attack you... but this isn't your average run of the mill bug that can be exploited for a minor advantage... you can permanently make your infantry run many times faster than retreating squads and tanks while also doing ridiculous damage and being nigh un-killable. By using the bug you're effectively stat hacking in a very real way, and there's literally no way to counter it, prevent it, or play around it. It completely breaks the game.
Sure Relic probably should have fixed it by now, but it doesn't seem like a quick "five minute" fix sort of thing.

I think You should look more upon some moderators who use far more offensive language. At least turbosql is not calling names like a child...

Its funny how serious this is to some of you. As if it is politics. People cheating turn in to whistleblowers with a moral agenda. I think most people just want to enjoy themselves playing the game, without some asshole "cheating". Know what im sayin??
