It would be nice if they would tell the SNF key winners and Eurogamer pass recipients and Alpha testers when exactly they can access the beta. "Phased in later" is very frustrating to hear.

Sounds fair to me. If I paid for pre-order this is what I would expect. I guess true CoH supporters have preordered the game anyway by now.

More info about the bonuses included in the collector's edition would be nice too if they want more people to pre-order. I'm waiting to know if it's worth the 80€ to decide whether I'll buy it or pick up the regular one instead. Since I was in the Alpha and expected to have regular access to the Beta I didn't mind waiting, but if they put it like that I probably won't spend the extra 30€ for I-don't-know-what

*) "Command Pass" I believe is free access to all future DLCs.
*) Theater of War is, as far as I know, a single player campaign also available as DLC at some point.

You should expect to get in, but not to have some sort of exclusive access after they lead Eurogamer + Alpha players to believe that they would get immediate access. I downloaded alpha test the second it was released, gave feedback, and plan on paying for the game once its released. Just because you paid in advance doesn't mean you supported the game more, its not like the rest of us expected to get the game for free.
