Are you offering your services? Ipkai and I will do the Alienware finals on Sunday at 3pm CEST. This finals of the ESL 2on2 cup could be done after by somebody else, but you'd be competing w/ the World Cup (Belgium v. Russia @6pm CEST, Korea v Algeria 9pm CEST, USA v. Portugal minight CEST).
I'm personally not too interested in the middle game, so if a cast was planned for 8pm CEST, I would watch it

Hmm.. I could probably do it on Sunday actually. What does 9 Mbps upload translate to in Twitch?

Plenty. I only have 7 Mbps up. You could easily do 1920x1080 at 25 fps with 3500 max bitrate.
