He conquered the streets and was a famous Soviet comrad.

Honestly, basic memes based on photos/screencaps should be disqualified. People should put some effort in and actually draw/paint something if they want to win.

I would like to participate in actually spending 10+ hours on painting an image but the set up and specifics for this contest is really off putting. There are no real details on what dimensions to use for the final. The amount of MS paint and trollsy meme entries just make the time investment for this feel vain.
