Another update

-Fixed commander portraits to no longer show black border, AKA to be consitent with the new commanders

-Any and all mentioning of defensive stance removed

-Tactical support costs added
-rifle company changes and costs added

The information for Tactical Support Company call-in M5 ability is no longer correct. It can be upgraded to an M17 quad-mount. Also Rifle Company shows Fire Up! at 0 cp and 0 Munitions but it's not available until 2 cp and cost 15 munitions. Cheers.
