Hey Hans, from Soviets perspective one thing to note from your game was that you had that Vet3 mortar right away. So that means -50 fuel so then it most likely mean that there isn't quick 222 coming up. Just one thing I noticed.

Great observation there! Like you say if you see someone using troop training early on you can expect their tech to be delay. Nice =).
