Hell, they're taking their time even in the midst of a shitstorm.
Looks like it's not working then
Since I actually have regular conversations with game devs I can tell you this rabid over-the-top negativity is achieving nothing but them not wanting to engage with the community and their feedback at all. And do you seriously believe anyone at Relic is not aware of the problems that CoH3 has in multiplayer right now?
Looking at how game studios and publishers have been operating for the past 10 years. Constructive criticism doesn't work. Only shitstorm works. Constructive criticism can be appropriate for an indie studio that employs a dozen people and they make a game that they want to show or that players want to see. We are talking about a studio that works for a huge publisher, this huge publisher does not care about constructive criticism, they can only reason with the fall in their stock prices due to a shitstorm.
YOU CANT BAN SOMEONE WITHOUT TELLING THEM WHY AND FOR HOW LONG.
It actually says "poor behavior" in that picture, which is about as much info as you would get anywhere else in a game or online community. Almost nobody gives you the Steam Forum treatment where they show you the exact message or action that got you banned.
I don't know what you did so obviously I'm not gonna act as a referee, but it must have been some completely dumb & unnecessary shit because Relic certainly doesn't hand out bans lightly (remember how they didn't ban Seeking after 200 hints of maphacking until they had system-detected proof?)
Why would you even discuss the gender or sexuality of a game dev on a gaming forum/Discord in the first place It has nothing to do with the quality of the game whatsoever
Ok, step bro. I would've argued with counter arguments, but I really don't want to, because its a copium overdose.
Wow amazing, now we know the approximate total amount of people who are subscribed to these services. Still doesn't tell us how many CoH3 consoler players are.
The leaderboards are simply not a valid source of information if we want to determine the success of something that launched 5 days ago, when you need to have played at least 10 games with a faction on top of the mentioned online-service subscription, and that is just a fact.
Why would I be on copium when I haven't touched CoH3 in a month myself?
You do know that multiplayer on console costs like $10 per month worldwide on both XBOX and PS, it's like a subscription... right? MP scene will never be that big on console
Your links only tell us who purchased CoH3, plays a lot automatch AND is subscribed to XBOX Live/ PS network. That's a pretty shit tool for measure if you ask me
Less than 30k players played a multiplayer game at all in the past month. Ouch.
Who would have thought that people got tired of playing the same 2-3 maps all day long
However, please don't just ignore that this number of 30k does not include people who are unranked (less than 10 games played with each faction) or people who spam custom games and coop/PvE
Aerafield, as a high ranking player that is not playing Coh3, what would get you interested in the franchise again? Knowing that Coh3 will be boring as shit for the next 6 months. What will make you want to play tomorrow?
A massive map pack with at least 5 new 4v4/3v3 maps It won't happen anytime soon but one can dream...
Don't think any patch could make me want to go back to CoH2. It would also send some weird signals that Relic abanonded CoH3
