Strange desync or hack?

Today something very odd happend to me in a public game.
I was playing with one buddy and two randoms

Very strange things happend...

e.g. my snipes randomly retreated on the screen of my buddy the enemies crushed our base on my screen we had the whole map and destroyed the enemy base.

I uploaded both replays (my screen, screen of my buddy)

I have no idea about this, but I remember playing Warlord Battlecry III with friends on LAN and sometimes there was sync error and result was excatly the same.

I was thinking I'm crushing my friends but on the hand, they were crushing me on their screens.

It is desynchronization to the point where game already over and you see ai play where you cant control anything.
