how does this work?
On draft night everyone gets together and takes turns picking a bunch of players until you have a QB, some RBs, WRs, TE, and a defense. You then pick some more until you have some spare bench players. Every week you substitute your starting line up based on who you expect will have the better week, injuries, bye weeks, etc. You can also make trades with players, and drop the busts to pick up free agents. The amount of points each player earns or loses for your team that week is based on their performance in game (how many rushing yards, receptions, fumbles, etc). We do head to head mode which means you don't need to have the highest overall points for the season so long as you are beating the one person you are facing off against most weeks.
