I use Autohotkey to remap my keys. www.autohotkey.com
This post/thread explains how it works and provides a sample script you can edit to get the keys you want.

Don't use AHK if you can avoid it, it's shitty and susceptible to missing keystrokes, especially if you play with higher APM. Much better to just hard-code your changes right into the game files.
