Ostheer Sniper Op, When NERF ?

He has too much health.

You need a ton of shoot for kill him in medium-range,

A vet sniper can one vs one a conscript squad with his health and ability.

You can never kill him, ... in retreat he needs, at least a blob of 5 conscripts for be kill.

So what you need soviet sniper for kill him ? So why soviet snipers have less health ... :lol:

PS : Can you balance Tiger ace ? everybody has this cheat commander $$$ so now nerf it please.

cost : 280 fuel 720 manpower and not amputed Manpower.

PTRS or AT guns can one shot the Ost sniper :D Also the soviet tripwire flares (vet1 abb on almost all infantry) insta kills it aswell(when place at cover) So 10 ammo to kill sniper. And I agree on tiger ace. Sadly is still needed vs OP soviet Guard motor callin atm. :DD

You should wait for some top 10 players to comment on the topic. The fact that it is not op for most of playerbace doesn't mean it is not for best players. Right now quentin is the most competent player in this thread so there is no point to raise facepalm memes.

The OH sniper is in fact too resilient to smallarms. A middle ground between its previous and the current iteration would be ideal in this regard. However, it is good that it cant be instaggibed by RNG mortar shells any longer.

In normal medium-lvl games, the ostheer sniper is not a problem since not everybody is a god of micro and there is many to take him down: fast M20 or greyhound, you can try to catch him on retreat and you can counter snipe him if your soviet. I dunno about high-lvl games but for people around my skill, OH sniper is not OP.

Sniper is managable. The real absurd thing is hmg. So much hate it.
If they buffed it to make game realistic then buff everithing to be realistic. 1shot any mortar should wipe whole army of blobers.

Exactly what I thought. The higher level the better it becomes. For 99% of players its hardcountered and instakilled by m20. But if it's not - then the pain begins.

Some people play too aggressively with USF and ultimately get rick roll'd by the sniper if not careful. I honestly think it's perfect as is atm. Not that hard to counter it vs a good opponent. Simple m20 flank on retreat or rifle flank and gg wp. It's all about timing and patience. Eventually the sniper will die :foreveralone:

Just give the sniper 80hp instead of 82hp and he's fine. At lower skill levels or maps with tight lanes players can have trouble flanking him so there needs to be a chance for a lucky mortar or pak howie hit to take him out.

thats a counters to sniper early game. But they can get sniper just before 222 or later.
In this case USF has no answer to that. Germs are too bad to think otherwise they wud be wining everything with current units.
After like 10 min I can anly counter germ snper with sniper of my own. And I always do as sovs.

wehr sniper is fine, he should have 80hp though so grenades/mortars that land in his lap actually kill him
