Go ahead and check out the win-rates for 2v2's


All these charts show which faction people prefer to play...
If you look at an MMO lets say... Starwars the old republic, 90% of the players play Sith, the classes are an exact copy on each side, but everyone likes the bad guys. Cool looking gear and ships, In this case, cool looking tanks and uniforms.

+ this argument is totally defeated by the overwhelming fact that...
Allies win most tourney games by a large margin.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Soviets + Guards motor remains the strongest option in the game.

From Guards blob that annihilate infantry to the best medium tank + ridiculous stuff like mark vehicle you have everything. Perfectly synergies with the best artillery and cheap mines and demos.

Even worse in 2v2s. On equal skill facing dual Soviets = gg

No fucking secret.


Which is exactly why OKW has a 5% higher winrate and Ost has a 10% higher winrate in 2v2s. Wait, what?

Allied meta is roughly as easy as axis meta. Please don't pretend that winning with elite troops, mechanized assault, or CAS is difficult.

Well lets see here...........hmmm.......

Not so easy if the axis team knows slightly about what they're doing. :foreveralone:

Easy if you go dbl USF and rush 50 riflemen + Light armor vs Mixed Axis or Dbl OKW :foreveralone:

Not so easy if you're vs dbl Pr0stheer. :foreveralone:

Not so easy if you're mixed allies vs mixed Axis. :foreveralone:

Easy if you go 85 meta all the way and do it Cpt.Molo style together in unison. :foreveralone:

Easy if you spam and abuse as best you can. :foreveralone:

Not so easy if you blob like a scrub and keep running into MG42 + Gren blobberino without decent support/flanking/smoke nades. :foreveralone:

Honestly skill wise I find allies to be slightly easier than axis to work on meta wise.
However vs a decent/slightly competent Axis team you're gonna be in for a fun ride. :foreveralone:

Yes and the number of games that faction played during a ceratin weak, but the site says nothing more than the win spread within top 200. Your average Joe isn't represented by these facts.

I have been trying other doctrines than Guard Motor and I have to say it is REALLY hard to win with Soviets if you don't have Guards or Shocks. Maxims are in a bad spot, where Relic needs to decide if they are going to be HMG with high suppression or heavy weapon platform with high damage, right now they could use a buff in either direction. Conscripts are in an even worse spot, before they were a versatile grenade platform, but with the rework to AT Nades and to Flame crits on Moltovs, both of their grenades underperform and makes this unit a big MP drain late game.

DHSK is still terrible against light vehicles and it takes so long to fire in between bursts that it doesn't make a very good suppression platform either, plus it comes really late at 2CP.

Allies are on the down spiral as more Axis players realize how good the MG42 and MG34 are and how best to position them. IMO MG42 needs a damage decrease and the MG34 is perfect, exactly what HMGs in this game should be.

There are four game modes..1v1,2v2,3v3,4v4. 3 of them are team matches which means that 3/4 of the matches are team matches, so you are correct Sherlock!

Axis are dominating because ppl need to L2P and most of the AT teams aren't among the allies; yet they do need better coordination but #randomallies. A random axis team is much more potent than a random allied team.

My Joe is not in the near area of the top 200. Still won't change the fact that the charts say nothing more than the win rates and number of games played per faction within the top 200. There are a lot more players than 200 :)

I played 2 times wth him in automatch and both times i won, mainly because fear propaganda and radio intercept so i make his paks to retreat and then i swarmed him with t70s
