Why not look for like-minded individuals who are more interested in creating more "casual" or "entertainment value" oriented content, and then play 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4 gametypes against each other in customs?
Could be fun, not sure, but it'd be different.

I agree. Unfortunately my game I wanted to record got deleted after an update, so this is all I had :/
