hello,
I own company of heros 2 - the western fornt.
My problem:
drain maps from the workshop and mod,
but I can not use the mod in the game.
I can use the maps but not the mod.

You can use mods by creating a custom game. Under "options" you can choose the mod you want to play. If you subscribed to a Win-condition mod in the workshop then you will have to choose this mod under "Win conditions".
If your mods do not appear in the list (for example under "Workshop" in the game) and you are sure steam downloaded them, you will have to restart steam and the game or try to refresh the list.

Thank you for reply.
I signed the mod and so it is in the workshop.
when I go to set the "Wind Conditions" under "options" in custom game, dosen't appears mods.
I do not understand why.

Okay, I will try to help you.
First of all: Did you Restart steam and the game, as I advised you?
If you just downloaded the mod, it can happen that the Mod or Map appears in the (Ingame) Workshop-list but is not available when creating a custom game. This is, I think, because the implementation into the game did not finish yet.
Your solution should be to refresh the (Ingame) workshop list and then restart steam and the game.
If the mod is still not shown after some minutes when creating a custom game you should ask the developer of the mod you subscribed to for help. I assume from your pics that the mod you are not able to use is the "CheatCommands Mod", right?
If this is the case and the problem is not solved you can find help here:

I have try restart steam and refresh workshop many times.

The only possibility I see yet is to unsubscribe and delete the mod via the Ingame workshop list and then subscribe via steam workshop again. Otherwise get in contact with Janne, he can help you further.
