Hi,
I am trying to find my rank for the ladder games, however when I entered my steam ID into the search bar, I got the following message:
UNREGISTERED_STEAM_ID
I have played hundreds of auto search multilayer games so not sure what the issue is.
I find my steam ID in Counter Strike console using the "Status" command, which is a little different to the ID I find out using http://steamidfinder.com/
Is there another way to find out what your steam ID is?

This way is a bit complicated...
1. Open your directory where steam is installed. Normally it should be "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam".
2. Open the folder "logs", search for the text-document "connection_log" and open the file with the editor.
3. Scroll down to the last date and the line "SetSteamID( [ U:1:XXXXXXXX ] )" as shown in the picture.
4. Now you only have to replace the "U" by a "0" and you got your steam ID.
Result should be 0:1:XXXXXXXX

To get the steam ID64 used for the ladders on CoH2.org just open steam in a browser (Firefox/...).
After you logged in there should be the line:
"http: //steamcommunity.com/profiles/XXXXXXXXXXXXXX/home"
Copy the "XXXXXXXXXXXXXX" and paste it in the player search here on CoH2.org. Now you should find your ladders.
Edit: If steam guard is activated you have to verify your access whith the code sent to your e-mail.
After you logged in there should be the line:
"http: //steamcommunity.com/profiles/XXXXXXXXXXXXXX/home"
Copy the "XXXXXXXXXXXXXX" and paste it in the player search here on CoH2.org. Now you should find your ladders.
