Ardennes Assault is a single-player expansion only so no, you can't use Rangers in multiplayer.

Just wait it out, the Rangers are definitely finding their way into multiplayer, one way or another
Even if they have to break the barriers between multiplayer and singleplayer! They are so OP they are actually able to do so!

Axis doesn't have the best AT options in the game

Ostheer only has Stormtroopers as some sort of elite call-in and they're just cloaking grenadiers until upgraded making them cloaking PGs. All the other call-in are support(Assault grens because they scale poorly later, Arty officer because arty officer) or horde units(Ostruppen).

Wait, isn't it that soviets have most types of elite infantry (ex aequo with OKW) and most types of any infantry too?

yeah...I'm not griping too bad, since the USF finally seem to have gotten some love, but it still would be awesome to see Rangers again. Yes, I get that a lot of Axis elites are call-in, but USF's ONLY elite is call-in. Definitely not complaining about Sov elites...those shocks are straight-up murderers BTW, have shocks been nerfed in some way ? They're still awesome, but don't seem to be the "hot knife through butter" they used to be ...

The fact that they have better units have nothing to do with the fact that they lost the war. Example: shock troops > pios. But I will charge your shock troops with 10 pio squads. Who will "win the war?"
