First Issue:

1. I write a post

2. I click on send

3. I get back to the editor and a line above the box tells me that the post hasn't been saved and I should try again, but when I look into the list below my post is listed as last post and seems to be saved

Second Issue:

1. I create a Newspost edit Credits links etc. but it stays invisble

2. As soon as I am finished, I click on "Set Visible" in the option list on the bottom of the page and after loading I get Error500

3. The Newspost is visible in the news-thread-overview, but not on the portal.

I replied to this thread by using the NEW REPLY button. Did you use the quick reply form?

That might be random. I've got it a couple of times but not too often. Also, please quote me so I can test that feature too!

Gotta investigate the "Set Visible" error.

Quoted you :)

I almost believe this is random too because it worked fine sometimes and then somehow it happens one or two times and then disappears again

Random bugs are almost impossible to track down.

Unfortunately, but I guess I can live with it :) Just wanted to report in case this was not random ;)

No such thing as random.

You make your own luck.

One of the causes for the "post not saved" is a new post posted to the thread while you were writing your own post.

Ah okay that sounds plausible. Is it possible to prevent the post from getting saved anyway?

Haven't checked it but it could be just a way to let the user know there were new post(s) added while the user was typing their own post. Not the most obvious message though.

I knew it from another forum, where the user gets a red bar over the editor making him aware of this :)
