Mortar HalfTrack BUGs

I love this unit and used it alot :D

And maybe bugs:
The unit title says: Esclating to Battle Phase 1 reduces dispatch cost. But when you tech to Battle Phase 1, the cost is not reduced, still 200MP 40 Fuel. Is it a bug or title mistake?

the second bug:
When you use the incendiary ability, sometimes you select an area to use it, but the mortar bomb hits another area, wasting Munitions. Especially when you select an area which has rough terrains like buildings.

This bug still appears during games. The incendiary is not so accurate like other abilities. Sometimes you select an area but it hits another. Especially when you select an area which has rough terrains. When you select an area which has flat terrain, well it is accurate.

The Motar-Harftrack incendiary works perfectly most of the time, but when it bugs, it is annoying to waste 45 munitions in early game.

1) First time I hear of it.
2) Its called scatter, all indirect weapons fire like that, ability or not. Only precision strikes will always hit where you want them.
