solution to ostheer teching by changing heavy tank CPs

Hi

A lot of players say that ostheer tech is too expensive/slow. I think the only issue is how heavy tank call ins are accessible too early. The CP cost of all heavy tank call ins should be increased by 2-3 CP.

It's easy to get 12 CP by 20 mins and a heavy tank. It should be at least 25-30 mins, since T4 ostheer tanks can only arrive at around 25 mins.

As Ostheer against Soviets the only way to counter soviet isu rush is either a p4+panther, OR rush to an elephant (imo tigers aren't good against isu). It takes 25 mins minimum to get a panther+P4. It's unreasonable that an isu can come 5 mins earlier than this due to low CP cost, especially when the isu +support can negate AT guns/inf effectively. It makes teching for ostheer unappealing. Same thing is true for soviets who tech against ostheer who rush heavy tanks.

I think most players would agree that heavy tanks shouldn't be so early (20 mins). A 3 CP delay will make teching players have enough time to get counters. It will also make it more risky to stall for heavies and less reliable (atm it's too viable). Early tanks like P4 should be given more time to push around them.

These changes would be more effective and fair to all factions to fix 'call in' dependence in eastern front factions, rather than changing tech costs or making heavies require tech.
