wow, such a bad game for Vindicarex there. I wouldn't expect that. This is an example how NOT to play OKW in 1v1.

Well there were definately mistakes made here :

In the wake of an initial series of attacks the Germans lost momentum. Stavka quickly seized upon this and ordered a counter-attack in the hopes of completely breaking the assault and turning it into a full rout.

As Reserves were being exhausted, front lines strained. The Grossdeutschland was committed in an attempt to relieve the frontline infantry division by drawing in a soviet tank corps and shatter it and hopefully any supporting units.

Sergeant Blok studied terrain ahead of them. There were many ways the fascists could end up creeping up on them. if they wanted. Or they could just launch a head on assault.
He hoped for the latter. Made them easier to shoot.

The German 105th Panzer Brigade had managed to penetrate the lines of the 29th Infantry Division.
As chaos erupted in the rear lines and people were desperately trying to get out. The men of the 2nd Armoured Division moved in to strike down the Germans and bleed them dry.

Operation Market garden was on it's third day and 30th Corps was rushing towards Nijmegen.
Alas things were not to go their way as the 107th Panzer Brigade struck as lead elements were passing through a small village.
