I never thought I'd see Qvazar lose a game...whoa. Certainly this other guy had some patience to pull this off. Not everyone can win using this technique. I think your mistake was wasting money on the mortar. It seemed way too early for that...and you know a SC rush is coming if you make mgs. If you spam grens....and some bunkers he might not have won. I just don't think that was your game....but I've seen you win games out of no where before. A guy had rushed you as well, but he wasn't as good at keeping map control like this guy was. I guess the key really was that mortar and I NEVER make that thing.

Good point, mortar had nothing to shoot at, another gren would've been much more useful.
It's just too easy to counter MGs so early by simply driving a vehicle at them. A US Jeep would certainly be destroyed if it did that.

It still pretty damaging since flamer's work time was reduced by 25% and cooldown added but if you chase infantry it could easily roast it. Also it still can reinforce troops even with flamer upgrade

Yes, and the M5 is even worse because you can load it up with 2 flamer engineers, or any combination of engineer, sniper, guards, shock troops, whatever, kill everything, then back out, unload engineers and repair + reinforce.
All this vehicle flame damage is just too much, on both soviet and german sides.

Been practicing similar abusive strats as soviets. I don't know, I think EVERYONE has to do it until relic figures out it's broken.
