M3 Frontal vs 221 Frontal: Very close. M3 wins (and Vets before kill, strangely)
M3 Frontal vs 221 Rear: Very close. 221 wins.
M3 Rear vs 221 Frontal: Inconclusive cos the M3 keeps wanting to rotate.
M3 Frontal vs 222 Frontal: 222 Wins.
M3 vs 251: HT loses. Badly.
M3/Guard vs 251: HT loses even more badly. Gunner gets killed both times.
M3 Frontal+Guard vs 222 Frontal: Very close. 222 wins by a hair, then dies to dismounted Guard.
M3 Frontal+Guard vs 250+Shreks: Quite close. Shreks win in second salvo.
Conclusions:
Ungarrisoned M3 and 221 almost equal. Can go either way.
Garrison in M3 pushes it to pure win for M3.
Ungarrissoned M3 kills 251.
Garrissoned M3 kills 251 even quicker.
Ungarissoned M3 loses to 222 (obviously).
M3+Guard vs 222 is very close. A single shot can make the difference, either way.
M3+Guard vs 250+Shreks is somewhat close, but relies strongly on Shrek hits.

Seems weird that the M3 Front would beat 221 front, but M3 front lose to 221 rear? Either way the matchup might boil down to RNG more than anything?

Its very close between M3 and 221. Can indeed easily swing either way.
Nonetheless.
Empty m3 seems the equal of 221.
Empty m3 also beats 251, completely.
So you see, your original points in the other thread are unfortunately not accurate.
